We will stand behind the product that we sell you. If it is defective, please contact us for replacement or refund (on return of the defective merchandise). Prior approval is required--defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for RMA. No refunds or exchanges for any reason after 30 days of receipt. We currently ship to the United States of America and Canada ONLY. We have checked shipping to other countries and it is really cost prohibitive (i.e., you can probably find it closer to you for less, once shipping is factored in to the equation)
